2. Description of Services

AthleteFi is an online marketplace that connects athletes with sports coaches for training sessions, courses, and events. We provide tools for booking, scheduling, payment processing, and communication between coaches and athletes.

3. User Accounts

To use AthleteFi, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Coach and Athlete Responsibilities

Coaches are responsible for the accuracy of their profile information, qualifications, and credentials. Athletes are responsible for providing accurate information when booking sessions. Both parties agree to honor scheduled appointments and communicate professionally.

5. Payments and Fees

AthleteFi facilitates payment processing between athletes and coaches. Coaches set their own rates. AthleteFi charges a platform fee on transactions. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual coaches and displayed on their profiles. AthleteFi's platform fee is generally non-refundable. Disputes should be resolved between coaches and athletes; AthleteFi may mediate in certain cases.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use AthleteFi for any unlawful purpose, to harass other users, to post false or misleading information, or to circumvent our platform's payment systems. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

AthleteFi is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for the conduct of coaches or athletes, the quality of training sessions, or injuries sustained during activities booked through our platform. Use of AthleteFi services is at your own risk.
